我(wo)公司(si)(si)为“三废(fei)(fei)”焚(fen)烧治理(li)设备的(de)专业设计制造(zao)企业,公司(si)(si)针对目前中国三废(fei)(fei)污(wu)染(ran)的(de)严重性、紧(jin)迫性,通过对国际先(xian)进(jin)(jin)三废(fei)(fei)处理(li)技术的(de)精心调研,依托(tuo)高(gao)等院(yuan)校,引(yin)进(jin)(jin)先(xian)进(jin)(jin)的(de)焚(fen)烧技术,结合(he)客户的(de)实际情况,我(wo)公司(si)(si)目前已开发(fa)有(you)废(fei)(fei)液(ye)(高(gao)盐、高(gao)氨氮、高(gao)COD、生(sheng)活垃圾渗透液(ye)等)焚(fen)烧炉、固(gu)体(活性炭、有(you)机固(gu)废(fei)(fei)、发(fa)酵菌渣、催化(hua)(hua)剂回收等)焚(fen)烧炉、气体(化(hua)(hua)工废(fei)(fei)气、生(sheng)化(hua)(hua)废(fei)(fei)气、油漆印染(ran)废(fei)(fei)气等)焚(fen)烧炉。
经过预(yu)处理的(de)废(fei)(fei)液(ye)、固废(fei)(fei)或废(fei)(fei)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)由(you)进(jin)(jin)(jin)料装(zhuang)置进(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)一次(ci)燃(ran)(ran)烧(shao)室(shi),废(fei)(fei)料与(yu)(yu)助(zhu)燃(ran)(ran)空气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)焚烧(shao)炉炉膛内(nei)经过复(fu)杂的(de)物理、化(hua)(hua)学反(fan)应,使废(fei)(fei)料中的(de)有害物质彻(che)底(di)(di)分解,焚烧(shao)温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度控制在(zai)750-800℃(不同的(de)物料焚烧(shao)温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度不同);产生(sheng)的(de)烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)道气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)进(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)迷宫沉降(jiang)除(chu)(chu)尘器(qi)(qi)除(chu)(chu)盐(底(di)(di)部自动出盐),然后(hou)(hou)进(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)二(er)级(ji)燃(ran)(ran)烧(shao)室(shi)进(jin)(jin)(jin)行高温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)焚烧(shao),二(er)级(ji)燃(ran)(ran)烧(shao)室(shi)内(nei)焚烧(shao)温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度控制在(zai)1100℃左(zuo)右(you)(you),产生(sheng)的(de)高温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)道气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)经SNCR脱(tuo)硝(xiao)后(hou)(hou),进(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)余热(re)(re)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)装(zhuang)置,高温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)道气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)部分热(re)(re)量转化(hua)(hua)为蒸汽(qi)回(hui)收(shou)(shou),烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度降(jiang)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)550℃左(zuo)右(you)(you),之后(hou)(hou)进(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)G-G换热(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)与(yu)(yu)烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)再(zai)(zai)(zai)加热(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)1的(de)热(re)(re)侧(ce),为补燃(ran)(ran)空气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)预(yu)热(re)(re)和将布(bu)袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)尘器(qi)(qi)出来的(de)烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)再(zai)(zai)(zai)次(ci)升温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)脱(tuo)硝(xiao)所需温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度,同时(shi)烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)降(jiang)温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)500℃左(zuo)右(you)(you),(根据国标要(yao)求:为避免二(er)噁英的(de)再(zai)(zai)(zai)次(ci)合成(cheng),烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)要(yao)在(zai)1S内(nei)从500℃左(zuo)右(you)(you)降(jiang)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)200℃以(yi)下),烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)进(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)半(ban)干急冷塔(ta)降(jiang)温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)200℃以(yi)下,经布(bu)袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)尘后(hou)(hou),烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)经烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)再(zai)(zai)(zai)加热(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)1加热(re)(re)升温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)350℃左(zuo)右(you)(you),通过SCR脱(tuo)硝(xiao),进(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)再(zai)(zai)(zai)加热(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)2热(re)(re)侧(ce)作为热(re)(re)源加热(re)(re)汽(qi)水(shui)分离(li)后(hou)(hou)的(de)烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)道气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),之后(hou)(hou)进(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)喷淋吸收(shou)(shou)塔(ta)脱(tuo)除(chu)(chu)酸(suan)性气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)体,且(qie)再(zai)(zai)(zai)次(ci)降(jiang)温(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)75℃左(zuo)右(you)(you),进(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)汽(qi)水(shui)分离(li)器(qi)(qi)脱(tuo)水(shui)后(hou)(hou),经过烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)再(zai)(zai)(zai)加热(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)2的(de)冷侧(ce)被加热(re)(re)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)120℃左(zuo)右(you)(you)经烟(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)囱外排(pai)。
